Yes, we are experienced in consulting on projects in distress when previous builders have not been able to start or complete a build.
I already have a design and builder in mind, can you help me negotiate the best deal?
If you have already found your dream design and finishes, we can negotiate the best deal on a turn key package for you from our network of vetted builders.
How do you maximise the cost efficiency of my building project?
Unlike with project homes or display home designs, our clients receive custom house designs, tailored to maximize the use of space on their block. We also consider environmental conditions and intended purpose when scoping design and materials parameters to ensure the best fit - working with the designer, architect and builder.
I am still looking at buying land. Can you help me decide which is the best lot for my project?
Yes, we can help yo navigate development control plans, state environmental planning and assess whether a particular lot is suitable for desired plans such as subdivisions, duplexes, townhouses, knock-down-rebuilds etc.
